Toob-s inventor is Anne Lavene, a Norfolk-based designer who has been crafting personalized couture knitwear for the last 30 years. The House of Lavene has been producing timeless classics alongside stunning individualistic creations before launching the diffusion line of Toob-s in 2005.
Toob-s were originally designed for use as a cowl around the neck but Anne found her clients started wearing these circular constructions in a variety of ways, singly around the waist or hip or linked together with toob connectors to make a sexy bolero. What started out as an accessory has turned into a versatile, unique, novel conversation piece, that can be thrown in the washing machine!
With no right or wrong way to wear them, this is your chance to design your own outfit, the only limitation to how you wear them is your imagination. View the ideas section of the website for inspiration! Should you wish to purchase matching items at a later date, there is a 10 year continuity on all of the fabulous Italian yarns used.
